Winspiration..

See what I did there with the title. Pun of the year 100% goes to me for that one I think lol.

Okay so I recently downloaded an app after months of seeing people put the nicest outfits together on instagram and kept wondering how they did until someone was nice enough to tell me to download polyvore. This is just a little winspiration (winter inspiration) for a possible outfit you could wear during the winter season. Am I the only one who feels that there is always so much more to do in the winter? Its filled with everyones birthdays, loads of events and of course... Christmas. So most defo you need to have a certified outfit for every occasion. So I've put this little something together. 100% waiting for student loan (countdown 1 week!!) so I can make this outfit possible.

1. Black Oversized Hat - River Island
-You guys should know my obsession with oversized hats by now. This hat from River Island is amazing and oversized, to state the obvious. Perfect accessory to top off any outfit and give it a sophisticated look!

2. White Jersey Top - Topshop
-You can never, ever, ever go wrong with a white jersey top. Perfect for every occasion! (and can go from day to night-easily).

3. Barry M Red Nail Varnish - Amazon
- As the queen of nail varnish (I honestly own every single colour you could think of) I defo think red nails are good for the winter - nice and festive!

4. Grey Mongolian Fur Jacket - Topshop
- Unfortunately this jacket is sold out and I can't find a replica or anything similar which is super annoying! But keep trying the topshop website incase it comes back or have a look on ebay! ;)

5. Gold Stud Earings - Similar here
- Nothing better than a pair of stud earrings - especially gold aswell!

6. Leather Drawstring Trousers - Similar Here
Leather Drawstring trousers are very in this season and can be worn with everything! Its also nice to have a change from wearing jeans all the time...

7. Mac Mineralize Rich Lipstick (Lush Life) - Mac
- Top off your makeup with an amazing Mac Mineralize lipstick in the colour "Lush Life", compliments any skin tone as its a deep red and also Mac lipsticks are amazing!

8. Court Heels - Miss Selfridge
Luckily I own these already, but heres the link for them anyway! :)

9. Michael Kors Bag - Available Here
I have actually been meaning to buy one of these for AGES. But I just can't bring myself to pay so much (broke student problems) but I think this season I may as well treat myself as it is an essential and its just the most gorgeous bag ever.

Even writing this post is making me so excited about AW2014. Its most definitely gonna be a good one ! (Hold tight my bank balance though) Hope you are all enjoying whatever you're up to this week, will be uploading some more outfits posts from my amazing weekend this week!  <3

Formal Flow..

Happy September! Not sure whether you see that as a good thing because of starting school and stuff again and it being the end of summer and all of that, but I guess its a blessing to see a new month right! I've literally just been trying to get myself together with everything - trying to slowly get myself organised for starting uni again (third year - eeeeek!). But how fast has this summer gone! Nonetheless it has been amazing so I can't really complain I guess.

Anywayyyyyy, this is yet again another outfit post! I've been going to quite a few interviews for internships and stuff (gotta try and secure that graduate job lol) so thought why not make a post on an outfit idea of what you could wear to an interview? I'm a big believer in first impressions and I have always been told that what you wear to an interview (or even on a daily basis for that matter) really counts towards what people think of you.

Peplum Blazer - Miss Selfridge
Pencil Skirt - Miss Selfridge
Court Heels - Miss Selfridge
Bag - Zara
I'm basically representing Miss Selfridge to the fullest in this post but there stuff is amazing (and I did used to get good discount working there so why not :P). Peplum Blazers seem to be quite in this season so definitely invest in one! Putting it with a pencil skirt gives a sophisticated look which is what you want to show an employer right? Another amazing thing about peplum blazers is that you can throw them on with jeans and make it a casual thing!

But as always I have stuff to do and I am procrastinating by typing this (these habits need to disappear by 22nd of September). But I will try my hardest to update this a lot regularly than I already have been. Enjoy going back to school or whatever else you're up to this week!

Peace & Love!
